After subscribing to CargoSheet AI Pro, your license key is delivered immediately in your email receipt:

  1. Open the CargoSheet AI side panel in Google Chrome.
  2. Click the Settings (⚙️) button in the top-right corner.
  3. Paste your Pro License Key and click Save & Verify to unlock unlimited shipment extractions immediately.

All Pro subscriptions are managed securely through our global payment partner (Lemon Squeezy):

  • Tax Receipts & Invoices: Download official VAT/GST invoices directly from the link in your order confirmation email.
  • Self-Service Cancellation: Cancel or update your subscription anytime with one click via your customer billing portal link, or email hae@mail.grokbot.com.

Q. Why did a shipment scan flag a quantity or weight discrepancy?

If an invoice has a typo or a multi-page packing list is missing a page, our 4-Way Customs Audit checks whether Unit Price × Qty = Total Amount and compares sum of rows against declared totals so you can fix errors before filing.

Q. Are my uploaded Commercial Invoices or B/Ls stored on any server?

No. CargoSheet AI enforces a strict Zero Server Data Retention policy. Documents are processed in volatile memory (RAM) only and permanently deleted the instant your table is returned.

Q. Can I use my Pro License Key across multiple workstations?

Yes. Your Pro License Key can be activated across your Chrome browsers within our fair-use limit (up to 1,000 shipment documents per month).
